Host threw the menu on the table and continued his conversation on the phone! Then went to assist everyone but us. Absolutely refused to engage with us. So we walked out! Terrible customer service! Even though the place only had a few customers! We thought we were going to be trying something new but that didn’t happen! Overall the service was unpleasant, unwelcoming and disappointing! Even though we wanted to try the food! I didn’t want to give any stars! But had to in order to put my review in (9/3/26) late evening!

Loved the food, daal tadka, butter lamb and garlic naan. Very reasonable prices especially when you consider how much food costs now. Very friendly service. Not many people dining in, just my wife and me plus a family of four. I could see that a significant percentage of business is takeout/delivery. Indian coffee was delicious. First time trying it. It kind of reminds me of a coffee with chocolate malt in it. We would dine here again.

I don’t even know where to start off, the food is crazy, if you’ve ever had any food that you just love eating and just love the flavor and texture and everything, that’s exactly what i always come across coming here, the atmosphere is great as well. Full of respectful people and especially the waitresses, they’re so kind and they use great vocabulary to express themselves, the gentleman there also has a great vibe and every time i go with my family, he never fails to comfort us and he previously gave my son free ice cream 🤣 great food, great people, and great vibes! i’ve brought many friends and family here to this restaurant and i will continue to do so! best indian restaurant in GR 🇮🇳🔥

I had a great experience here. With the large amount of Indian restaurants in the local area, it can be hard to stand out, but this place managed to do it. The food was seasoned well and the service was excellent. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll be back!

I am writing to share the wonderful experience I had during my recent visit to Pal's Indian Cuisine. The customer service was absolutely amazing, and I specifically want to commend Prit for her exceptional service. She was incredibly kind and helpful, assisting us with great care and providing excellent recommendations for our next visit. She even provided a to-go menu with highlighted items for us to try. Prit is a truly professional and kind individual, and I am very grateful for her help. The food was also outstanding. The naan was freshly made and delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the flavorful chai tea. The comfortable and welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant further enhanced our visit, making it a truly enjoyable dining experience. Thank you for maintaining such high standards. I look forward to visiting again soon and will certainly be recommending your restaurant to others. 10 month ago review This place has a very comfortable atmosphere.
